Just wondering if any of you guys were getting this today ?

(edit: I like it so far, seems a but harder to judge corners for some reason than GTR2 but easier to controll and recover from oversteer.)

Been looking forward to this actually, though I want to try the demo first.

Is the demo on Steam? I know it's on the main site, but Steam is easier to get it from.

Just tried the demo and it runs like a dog on my system.

May still give this a buy though, as the demo felt like early code.

I had the demo a while back and it felt un-involving verging on boring - and I like GTR 1 & 2 along with GTL. :confused:

I must admit, having breifly tried the full game today i agree.

Maybe i need to give it more time

It does run very well though, ive got the detail and fov set to 150 % and everything as high as it gets,

That would be the 8800 GTX then, as on my X1900XT I have to lower the FSAA to get it running smoothly.

OOhh yes, i love this game. just on a crowded server on brands (about 15 people on). started first race in 6th, was up to 1st by the end of the first lap, and held onto it, having to defend quite a lot on the last lap. Second race i started in 8th (beacuse of the WTCC thing that the top 8 get reversed, its a brilliant rule) got an absolute screamer of a start and was in 4th by paddock hill, 3rd going into the GP loop, after which, i had a great battle for 1st pos, until the other 2 took each other out at dingle dell, and left me about 7 seconds ahead of the next guy. Maximum 20 points from 2 races, absolutely amazing

I'm really liking this now. Where can I buy it, is it in the shops yet or only steam for purchase. (been playing the demo).

I want to race online not just time trials!

Do you need a superpc to run this game as it runs like a dog on mine,even on medium settings which make the game look worse than GTR1 does.
