Racing games and misuc

With racing games that play music/sound tracks during the race etc, do any of you do the same as me and put the music to off or 0%

Something i have done since i played racing games on the PS1 i hate music playing when on these games.

Depends on the game, if it's a sim like racer then no music, something like wipeout or Burnout I stick my own music on though.

I wish Forza2 would have some of their music playing during the race it gets so boring especially in those endurance races which take forever to finish

For me it depends on the game. I don't like licensed music so any racing game that has those on, I turn it off. Otherwise, if its something like Sega Arcade racers, I leave them on due to the nostalgia factor they give me and because they just suit the game i.e. Daytona USA's music is just pure classic cheese factor.

I have it off on GT5p But have my own on on wipeout. It depends on if it is sim or not

I prefer it to have music when playing racing games

Otherwise it just gets too boring and my concentration vanishes especially on long races like the 24 hours on GriD, or the endurance ones on Forza

on topic, i hate the music on pgr4, anyone else not like the choice of tunes? i prefer the forza sort of junkie xl music personally.

I have music off on every game. Racing games I always have the music off. I want to hear the engine, nothing else.
