Racing Games?

Hi guys,

Just after some recommendations for a new racing game. Has there been any new games released that's worth checking out?
I'm not too fussed, it can be a car or a motorbike game, if you've got recommendations for both, then that would be great

If you could point in the direction of any demo's that would be good too.
