What racing games are on the horizon?

I've finished Burnout Paradise now (and completed Grid ages ago as well), so is there anything to look forward to in the months ahead?

Believe there is a racing game due out later this year called "Fuel" which is looking pretty nice.

wow, looked at a preview on youtube, it looks pretty awesome though car detail is a bit lacking (still better than any console racing game graphics)
