Hi all

I love driving games and have a G27 (might upgrade to a G29) as I cant get my Titan One adaptor to work and love driving sims.

Im thinking of getting a VR GFX and headset, any personal experiences/reviews in regard to this with a wheel?

Thanks

I occasionally setup my G27 with PCars and it works so well on the OR. Can't comment for the Vive but had no probs and so immersive. Well worth trying it out.

Yeah it's awesome. I would recommend trying it out if you can first though, mainly because you might find the motion sickness fairly intense until you get your VR legs. I didn't make a single lap of nurburgring in a classic f1 car the first time I tried it! Definitely recommend starting with slower cars!

I use my DK2 for Assetto Corsa, Richard Burns Rally, Truck Sims, and Pcars. all are VERY good. AC's immersion sense is unrivaled imo.

It's what you've been waiting for, you'll never go back to racing on a flat panel.

I'm on a g25, while I feel like an upgrade, I'm in no hurry to do so. Once you get the feedback setups nailed, the g series lacks nothing, if you've not experienced the real high end gear.

If your in to racing games, it's a worth every penny thing.

I get sickness on my friends sony VR, have you guys managed to get past that ok ? as it took me hours or so to feel better and felt quite ill actually.

Um this worries me, feeling sick as I make a poor passenger in a car (Yes Im an Automotive Development engineer, fortunately I do most of the driving). I want a G27 so I use my PS4 and not just PS3.

G27 works on PS3 but for PS4 you'd need the new G29 replacement because of restrictions on peripherals licensing.

I tried VR using PCars for the OCUK comp, and PSVR on the Star Wars Battlefront X-Wing demo mission. Immersioni is great but the gfx quality is not the best. Definitely try before you buy if you are used to HD gaming, it's a bit of a shock tbh. Great tech though.
