rad 9800se

Hi all i seem to have probs with my rad 9800se
now and again i get a blank screen or pc just crashs

i read some where that this card does not like via chips and as my sata seems to be via am doomed

does any one know of a patch for this problem??

run ati tool. could be the card is gonna die. i rekon could be heat related, but then again with it being a 9800 card they have high failure rates, and ati's drivers don't help with stability problems either.

I used to have this with my radeon 9800se.

Do you also get the multicoloured screen sometimes when it crashes?

If you do it is a cooling issue, all i did was clean the pc out inside once a month and it was all good. Then i got bored doing that and built my own pc which is below

should be cool has a artic cooler and artic silver 5 on it
side panel is off and case well cpu heatsink is at 32c when its on runs at about 40c in there

last time i tryed ati tools had same probs and my ubi games did not like it

no funny colours just no output from montior
