Rad aRGB Fans

Hi all,

I'm looking at a new 3900/3950x build with dual EK PE 360 rads. I'd like to put aRGB fans on these with the aim of being as quiet as possible whilst keeping temps reasonable.

Any suggestions?

I have 7 COOLER MASTER MASTERFAN SF120R ARGB in my 3900X+ RTX 2080Ti system https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/case-fan/masterfan-sf120r-argb/ , 3 on each radiator. On the front mount radiator I also have 3 Vardar fans.
