Rad Fan Configuration

Im about to take delivery of a new watercooling system containing an EX360 rad. Now what is the recommended fan configuration?

fans under the rad pushing the air out, fans above the rad pushing the air out, fans above the rad pulling air in, or fans below the rad pulling air in?

Or is there not really any margin between any of these options?

There's no real difference

The only difference is that if you have the fans above the rad, it makes it easier to clean the rad when it gets all dusty underneath.
