Im going to be mounting a heatercore in the top of my pc in about 2 hrs, and ive got 2x120mm fans fitted to it.

I personally think that i should be having the fans taking in air and blowing air into the heatercore.

I know that this is bringing air into the system, but i have a 120mm exhaust fan at the rear of my system too.

Is this the best way to go, or should i have on intaking one extracting, or both extracting?

Any help would be great thanks.

I have a similar thing, though my dual heatercore is at the front. I draw air in from the outside and just use the slow turning exhaust to expel air. The air warmed by the heatercore dispelling heat will not be very much different in terms of temperature from the the ambient air so you will want the cool outside air brought in rather than the warm inside air trying to cool the core :). My point was (not very well explained) that you will not raise the internal temp much by drawing air in though the heatercore so don't worry about it.

The part of your computer you want to be the coolest is the part your watercooling (or else you woulnd't be using watercooling :) ) so your best to cool the radiator first with the coolest air, and then the rest of the case.
