i was looking at getting some of these

but is there anything better for the price? , would like them to be white,black or red

OCUK use SP120's in there WC kits.

There not as good as the GT's but come with white, red and blue rings.

They are good and look very nice.

Sp120 high performance, 2350rpm or arctic f12s 1500 rpm with 76cfm and cost £4-5 each
