I'm wondering what the rad requirements would be for cooling a R5E Monoblock, which is cooling the CPU and Mobo. I'd be looking to push a 5930k as far as reasonable.

I can't decide what to do with my GPU set-up, so I'm thinking of doing a loop with a Res/Pump and rad setup. When I do the GPUs I'll add another Res/Pump and rad setup.

I'll be building in a Phanteks Enthoo Primo Full Tower. I'm thinking a 360 rad will be fine for the 2 GPUs, but should I be aiming for more than 240mm of rad space for the full cover block?

I think 240 of quality rad is fine. My 4625 mhz Haswell E bundle this is stock option.

2*1080 or 1070 yeah triple no issue.

Partly aesthetics, partly convenience. If I can set up the loop so that I can remove a simple link when adding the cards in then I'll go for that. I really need the case in front of me so I can plan it properly. I'll be buying the case next week sometime.

Will no doubt be back for advice on which rads to to buy, fittings etc... :D

I've used Koolance ones with Mayhem H2O pure for over 3 years without any issues.

It was certain additives that caused the corrosion problem on the Black ones.
