Hi all,
I am looking to get a new card to replace my x1900 I was going to get the 4770 but none around will I be better off getting the 4850 from OC the asus is £75 I know my cpu will hold it back a bit it's an AMD 3800x2 dual core but it's to play Team Fortress classic 2 as at times I am down to 16 FPS though it does run it well. I thought for the money it would be worth doing. The problem is will the stock fan be ok as I am useless with hardware and wouldn't contemplate fitting a new one I just want a card I can fit and forget will it be ok? My friend says the card will use the same sort of power that my x1900 does!
thanks
Andy
