Radeon 6900 XT

Hahahaha, 2 hours of clicking place order now got me to this -

We're sorry but AMD Radeon™ RX 6800 XT Graphics is currently out of stock. Please return to the Shopping Basket and remove the product to complete your order. We apologise for any inconvenience.

So I don't understand, is it hard to set up pre-order system first come first serve basis, with fat disclaimer saying there is no stock yet, and we will be notified when it is available once shop knows the info. Now we have half assed coming soon page. It shouldn't be hard, should it? I mean that's online shopping 101. Now instead one would have to check etailer websites every day to see if or when cards are available. Like you have bunch of 3rd party cards listed, yet not a soul knows when they gonna be available. I can't even believe that I am requesting simple notify/pre-order system set up. I mean I am offering my money for the product, does a shop expect me to package it, and send it to myself as well? WTF is this crap? I understand that AMD efd it up royally, but come on

It is not IP that is blocked. Reinstall browser. Think some browser fingerprinting going on.

Don't reinstall anything, just clear cookies. :) It's a cookie. It's actually good to open Dev panel in your browser when trying to purchase something on the release. You might not understand what's going on there, but at least you can see if it's doing anything, loading something etc. If nothing is moving - refresh. If it's moving but slowly, just wait, it will load.

Good advice, noted, for next time though ... already received my 3090FE and 5900x

@Gibbo I believe has given up on preorders / overselling due to the spam the company is getting from the 3080 customers

When has that ever stopped PC gamers buying all kinds of PC hardware like Motherboards, RAM, PC cases, Water cooling parts. Most of that stuff is overpriced and we still buy it by choice, not based on price per performance.

Most of the folks on here have spent or are spending more than is probably wise. That's the nature of this hobby, now more so than ever.
