this version gets a good review, especially for additional overclocking, it's not enormously expensive either, you can get it for about 380 quid
 
I think the 7950 look pretty decent card for a lot less than the asking price of a 7970. However, I still think £400 is a lot of cash when we have yet to see what the Kepler chips have to offer and I would personally hold off until then.
 
With a 7970 being only 30ish quid more, would personally get one of those or wait another month to see if all the rumors about nvidias new cards coming out is finally true. :)

you can get it for 363 quid, dont forget that on 1080p you dont need anything more powerful than this...you only need loads of Ram instead.

Kepler will cost you a fortune, so if you're worried about 400 quid now, what are you going to be like when this total overkill comes out.

the 7970 is 68 quid more, yea but with that you can buy the Corsair PSU instead !
