Radeon - HD3650 - Blank Screen

Just purchased a HIS Radeon HD3650 from OCUK.

Graphics card works fine in Safe Mode in Vista, but when i go to boot into normal windows the screen goes blank 'no signal'.

I have even trying formatting windows with different ATI drivers.

Any ideas. Could it be where by TFT screen is not HDCP compatible ( Via DVI).

hmmm does 3650 require any extra power connectors ? if so have you put em in

did you remove old drivers before installing new ones ?

is ther more than one output on back if so try it in other one.

I have had a similar problem with my 3870 x2. It may be a fan issue, he 3000 series has many problems. The fan will run at only 5% unless you use rivatuner or suchlike to control it. Check if the fan is spinning fast enough. If it isnt you will know.

Surely saying that it works fine in safe mode must mean it's driver related?

Tried the other DVI socket (assuming it has 2)?
