whats the difference between ATI'S drivers and these radeon omega drivers i keep hearing about any pro's or con's to the omegas

Omegas are behind ati, by a long way, but for some people they have extra features. nowerdays you lose performance by using omega drivers.

They were great back in the day, but you're better off using the official ones now.

Omega drivers are no more, he stopped doing them in 2007.
