radeon x850 questions.

Hello,

I want to overclock a radeon x850. I have browsed boards and googled, and i believe all i need is the RivaTuner program.

-Can anyone tell me if this is correct?
-Can anyone who has overclocked an x850 tell me what they overclocked it too?
-Is there any point in purchasing any of these coolers for the card?
(Akasa System Exhaust Blower (SY-000-GE))
(Vantec Spectrum Fan Card (FG-004-VA))
