RadeonPro Must have Program for AMD

Also make sure its 32 bit it says 32 bit at the bottom i found another way to change to 32 bit go to Settings>General and tick Disable 64 Bit support

Why would you disable 64bit support if running 64 bit os?

Because it wouldn't work for me in BF3 for some reason, everytime i went to join a server it opened another Battlelog page, strange issue i know!
I will check to see if it was another issue it may have ben a conflict with AB, but i will try more later.
There have been other programs where people have found 64 bit versions cause problems even though they are using 64 bit OS!

I can't BF3 to work at all, it will not launch, its in 32Bit mode.

Right im gonna reinstall it see what settings i made to make it work because your symtoms are what happened to me, stayed on joining server i will reply within the next hour

wow... don't don't undo your fixes for me... if you have it working then leave it.

I will figure it out.

But thanks anyway :)

No problem Humbug installed and got it working fine!
Right unistall, it will ask do you want settings deleted for the sake of conflicts choose yes.
Then once you installed it will ask do you want 64Bit or something say yes.
Then go to the + profile and find the BF3.exe in Origin Games folder.
I am only using this for Dynamic V-sync at the moment no injectors so just try what im using it for 1st.
The 64bit part causeing a problem i mentioned before isn't a problem so forget that, goto tweaks and choose Dynamic, for v-sync then type in your refresh rate, mines 120hz yours probably 60hz!
Then go to the OSD tab make sure the box next to OSD Settings is ticked, then choose position Top. Then tick the boxes of what you want displayed, i have chosen GPU core temp and GPU Clocks.
Then goto Settings at the top and to Advanced and in Toggle OSD Panel i put Control+O and in Toggle OSD Location i put Control+P and it all works, hope it helps you!;)
But even though this now works the 64bit thing i was talking about would be ,to me anyway the only thing that would cause an issue i can't see why any of the other options would, so still a mystery what caused it to keep opening tabs and hang on joining server, strange issue to me! I think this has issues with afterburner if you use AB OSD as 2nd time i used Afterburner is froze blackscreen just as i joining server 3rd time it was fine though, so may be best just to use Radeons OSD and use AB for your clocks.

Yeah it worked fine as soon as i shut down MSI Afterburner.

MSI Afterburner seems to have become quite the conflictive program since 2.3
If i use it to unlock GPU volts i get random BSOD, any other program, TRIXX, Asus GPU Tweak... no problems at all, MSI AB; BSOD at least once a day.
I will have to figure out what is left working in MSI AB, i would like to keep the fan profile, if not i will unistall it as RadeonPro's OSD is just as good and TRIXX fan profile is also pretty good, it also has benchmark, video recording and all that... so its kinda "why do i keep it?" if RP had a similar fan profile setup its all i would use for my GPU toy.

I like this a lot, lots of graphics and AA setting, Dynamic vSync, SweetFX which can be endlessly adjusted and customised.
The in-game control panel is a really nice touch... have you found that yet? Might take a screen shot, its brilliant :D

Indeed if you are an AMD GPU user, you have got to get this, it would be a crime not to. :)

Yeah seen the in game control panel, even though Afterburner is closed it still should keep your clocks, mine does as i don't use CCC for clocks!

Yeah i have seen the in game control panel, also AB even shut keeps your clocks as thats what i use to OC i don't use CCC!

I don't overvolt any more unless i'm benching anyway.

My GPU is 100% stable @ 1140 / 1450. But a bad clocker. at 1.3v the most i can get out of it is 1245 / 1500, even for just 1200 / 1500 i need 1.26v up from 1.218v, so that the max for 24/7 use, the diffrance between 1140 / 1450 and 1200 / 1500 is not huge and i can max every game i play at 1140 / 1450, so i see no point in overvolting for everyday gaming.

If i do overvolt for benching i use TRIXX.
No i never use CCC for anything :)

Won't be using this once i've built my new rig, as i will be on an [email protected] with a KFA2 660 EX OC and a KFA2 650 EX OC (for PhysX), but i'll chime in here every now and then if people need help, as my younger brother is having my old rig, so he will be using RadeonPro, plus i pretty much know the ins and outs of this program from avidly using it.

@shankly1985; Not yet, i'm going to get it when i finish work, so i'll let you know if i get the same as you.

I'm giving this another bash on windows 8. Using the latest beta build, see if i can get the fps limiter working again.

What do i need to do shankly?

I want an fps limit of 58, vsync on unless fps drops to 45 then i want it off.

Got it working, but why is there an fraps counter behind the radeonpro overlay? I don't have fraps running. Can't get rid of it.

There is an fps ui placement option, one of them is to make it disappear, i think the centre screen option.

Edit: settings>fps counter>hidden.
