Radiator fan question

Like this...

fan - rad - fan
fan - rad - fan
fan - rad - fan

or

fan - fan - fan - rad - fan - fan -fan?

If the latter then no, it's pointless.

Depends on many things but generally it will improve cooling. The slower the fans are running and the more restrictive (to air) the radiator is will see better improvement than fast fans on more 'open' rads.

Is it worth it? Possibly not.

A half way house to get a bit more air pressure is to use 38mm fans rather than 25mm

Not worth it mate and its louder with little benefit in the end.

I have Ultra Kaze 2000 running 7v on my rads :)

Having a push/pull arrangement makes next to no difference on PA series rads. Only a degree or two difference.

Only thing I would advise is to make sure they're screwed on tight to minimise vibration.
