radiator fan wiring

can i wire my fans like this and connect them to one channel on a fan controller or will this be asking too much of one channel ?(there will be 4 fans )

4 fans will be too much imo.

Usually 3 is the max.

Would help if you said what fan controller you are using ;)
 
I'm running 3 x yate loons from 1 motherboard header, it depends on the fan and controller really. High rpm fans require more current...
 
it does depend on a lot of things, but 4 fans connected to 1 channel are going to draw a lot of current on startup
 
What's the current rating on the fans (it should say on the middle of the fan) as the Kane and the Kaza are rated at 1A per channel (or 12W).
 
it says DC12v 0.30A, im also looking for 3-pin Fan Female Connectors( pins and housing dont think ocuk sells them) ,a competitor wants 70p each for the housings alone which is crazy money for a wee bit of plastic.
