Im wondering about the best location for a 120.3 rad in my case, should i have the inlet/outlet at the rear or front of the case, rad will be mounted in the top of my Lian Li A70F, reservoir wil be an ek multi option 150, pump will be a D5 vario with the ek rev 2 aftermarket top, 1/2 inch bitspower silver diamond barbs wih 7/16 uv blue masterkleer tubing and a heatkiller rev 3 copper cpu block. This is my case as it currently stands.

When I think about where to mount a rad I always think in terms of how to maximise the chance of getting every last scrap of air out of it when bleeding. With the rad in the top of the case with the barbs downwards this usually means the case will have to laid on its side and then tilted further appropriately. You will want the outlet from the rad to be closest to the side panel which is removed in the pic so that when the case is on its side air will naturally rise to the outlet. To get the last bit out you have to tilt the case so the outlet corner is highest. It will help imensely if you are able to lift the pump out of the case while you do this so that the pump inlet remains submeged at all times. So in other words, to determine which end is best for the rad barbs depends to a certain extent on where you put the pump. Assuming you have enough slack in your tubes to lift the pump then it doesn't really matter which end the rad barbs go.
