Radiator making noise

Hi all when my heating on the radiator in the lounge is making a dull sound , any ideas what it might be?

Thats a pretty vague description.

Try opening valves further. Might be flow restriction of sorts. Also bleed any air out.

The radiator probably has air trapped in it. As above said, bleeding it should help. Radiator valve keys are 50p each from bargain shops.

is the bleed valve open , is there a pin hole leak , check for water escaping.
check the valves for loose connections

check the bleed valves. Bleed them again then tighten them.

Could just be the water flowing through the rad? As mentioned, bleed the radiator. See how you get on

does it have cold spots? could be full of gunk and gas/air is coming from it when it gets hot?
