Radiator mounting (plate)

Can anyone suggest something that would act as a mounting plate for a 360mm radiator?

I'm basically after the nearest anyone can get to this:

As such, happy to buy something suitable.

I'm crap at cutting/working with metal or this would have course be trivial (if anyone can help out - feel free to drop me a note to trust).

Edit: better version. Anyone know of what I should be looking for (e.g a product name).

I've seen a few but they all sort of just stand the thing up. I need "face plates" (effectively) that can take a radiator as I need to put 2 of these above each other on the side of a case (desk build). There's genuinely little other way to do it in this case.

If there's a product name that has this sort of thing, that's all I'm really after.

Edit, another hunt turned up some Phobya radiator grills that for some strange reason are bigger than the radiator. Perfect.
