Radiator Mounting question

When you buy a radiator do you get the required mounting screws to mount it to the case or even mount fans to the radiator and then to the case. My radiator i bought 2nd hand so i wasnt sure.

Also, the spacing between each fan on a radiator, is that always a set difference or are there common and uncommon spacing?

I got mounting screws with both my xspc and ek rads.

The spacings are generally 15mm however the older thermochill rads are 25mm spacings

Were the screws long enough to mount the fans to the radiator as well?
