Next month I will hopefully be starting a new build designed for gaming and video editing. For now I will only be running a overclocked i5 4670K with a overclocked GTX 970.

I am probably going to end up using the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX case when it's released. My radiator placement was going to be my existing AX240 mounted at the front (mounted at the bottom) with 3 x 120mm fans intaking, and a 360mm rad mounted up top exhausting, with a rear 120/140 fan intaking.

During idle/low coolant temps, I was planning to have the top 3 fans and the rear fan turn off, so only the front intake fans spin.

How does this setup look to you guys, would you change anything to improve?

As far as i'm aware the case will take that. However, i'm unsure if the radiator inlet and outlets will be at the top for the radiator at the front.

Going by what your wishing to do, having the inlet and outlet on the bottom would be best, as the tube from the 970 can go directly to it.

Otherwise, looks good to me, post some pictures when you have done it. :)

Great :) I'm going to try acrylic tube on this build as well, so hopefully I'll get some nice tube routes.

I'll set a project log up. Best get working on my photography skills before hand though :p

I feel like I won't have the patience either, but this time I won't have to try and rush as I already have a work PC :D

I swear some people are that good at photography that the object looks better in picture than real life!

Rad at the top has got to be the best place as your fans will be extracting warm air from where its naturally risen to, so for that reason I would always try to keep one fan at the top spinning even at a very low speed just to keep the air flow moving.
Looking forward to photo's.
