Radiator question

I'm considering the new Corsair case for a watercool build, i currently have an external watercooling system cooling cpu/gpu, but want to build an internal system,

What i'm wondering is, could i cool both CPU and GPU, using a 360mm top mounted radiator alone? or would i need to also add a 2nd radiator outside of the case? such as a 240mm

AMD phenom 9750 and an ATI 4870, 4870 is clocked at 780mhz and 1090mhz on the memory, and the CPU is stock, 2.6ghz, does that help?

Yea, i realise that, thats why i wondered if i should have a 2nd rad, 1 external like a 240mm

So it would be

Cpu > 360mm Rad > 4870 > 240mm Rad > back to resevoir

i'm only wondering because i have the zalman reserator XT cooling CPU and GPU, CPU temp is high a lot of the time, where as my GPU temp is very low, i have a 120mm rad in the system aswell, in between the CPU and GPU

Reserator > CPU > 120mm Rad > 4870 > and back to the reserator
