Check the manual on the Asus website for the AIO model you have. I suspect it will be UNC 6-32x30mm screws for use with 25mm thick fans. Other common screws for radiators are M3 and M4 but neither are appropriate if the screw thread is UNC 6-32.
Also if you're screwing one side to the case you should be careful of the screw size. For example I have rads with UNC 6-32 threads and I use 6-32 5mm or 6mm to screw directly to the case but I fit rubber washers to them to prevent them screwing too far into the rad otherwise it could damage the fins. Some rads are designed to not be damaged in this way but probably best to know about it before hand.
Head type shouldn't matter - it's aesthetic really, down to your taste. Obviously if you go for Allen head (my preference) make sure you've got the Allen key to fit!
