radiator vibration

Does anyone go about to prevent radiator vibration from fans?

I used to watercool my hafx and had no kind of vibration noise at all but since moving to the 800d which gives the top radiator much more contact with metal I have been getting horrible vibrating from the fans on to the radiator which i'm guessing then goes on to the chassis.

I have 3x1850rpm Gentle Typhoons @ 800rpm and can hear a faint vibration.
I have 2 phobya fan shrouds on 2 of the fans with anti vibration pads inbetween the shroud/fan and the shourd/radiator on 1 of them and then 1 pad on the 2nd shroud+fan.
If you get me.

Had the same problem with my 800D which was one of the reasons I moved to a bench table. Turned out the vibrations from the rad fans was being transferred to the side panels. I had to periodically give the panels a press to eliminate the annoying hum.

If you can find a way to insulate the side panels that might help. I couldnt be bothered though.

Use rubber or foam gaskets between the fans and the rads.
