Central heating radiators, I notice cheap ones can be had but notice also more expensive branded Stelrad etc available too, in short is it worth getting the more expensive radiators and why?

Like anything you get what you pay for, cheaper rads will be made out of lower quality metal, the manufacturing process may be of lesser quality and the finish may not last as long
However
If I were refurbishing a house to sell on then the cheaper rads would go in no doubt as no one will ever consider them when viewing or making a decision. I were staying for the foreseeable future and say had a new boiler as well I'd put in a reliable make.
I doubt output would change a great deal between manufacturers if they were like for like, unless you get a greater BTU out of a better smaller radiator.

You want radiators for you own place, go to Screwfix.
The Kudox Premium range have a 15 year warranty, been using them for years, some I fitted some over 20 years are still in use.
