Anyone hear that rubbish song on Radio 1 today?
Has next to no lyrics and has some sort of tie with the Dominican republic.
Can't remember what it was called but need to track it down to demonstrate just how pants it was to the OH.
Anyone know the name?
 
I heard Scott Mills on about it but left work before he played it. Looking at Scott's site, the song's called Chacarron. Will have a listen in a bit, see how bad it really is.

Edit: Rofl, thats got to be the worse things i've ever heard. That is bad beyond belief, does he actually say anything.

WTF?!
I heard the start but only got up to him complaining about 4 bread rolls and two thirds of the butter.
Did he say anything after that because I just thought he was a mental case up to then.
 
yeah he sure was a total nut case ,thats why it ended up so random and funny

it went on for ages and at one point he started going on about some brown corduroy trousers he liked but didnt buy because he often wears brown shoes and didn't want to look like a tree trunk :confused:

it was just the way he worded things that i found funny, reminded me of GTAs famous story from these forums


just the randomness of what he was saying etc, although im sure it was just someone having a laugh and not real.
 
Both the guy with the bread and the random song were hilarious - when he put on Without Me by Eminem to compare the two I laughed out loud. I was stuck in traffic near the M3 and it cheered me up no end.

The dessert twist at the end after the bread story was absolutely classic. If it helps, they cut the bread guy off just before the news at about 5.40.

Edit: This will almost certainly be in the 'funniest bits' Scott Mills podcast by tomorrow.

is that the song he said they'd try and number 1, like they did with the hoff?

i was in the car when he was talking about it before it going on, and forgot about it, really sounds horrible

Just before the news.

'We went to McDonalds, she had a Big Mac. Or words to that effect. Just get the podcast from the Radio 1 site if you want to know what you missed. It was pretty funny.
Not as funny as the disappearing/ reappaearing specialist magazines though. :D
