Ignore,fixed.

Today I had broadband installed at work.
Now my cordless phone doesn't work and the mains radio has bad interference.

Am I right in thinking the cordless phone and the router are probably using the same 2.4ghz frequency and this is why the phone won't work ?

The router, radio and phone are all powered from the same extension lead. There is only 1 mains socket available so everything has to be plugged in here.I wouldn't be at all surprised if the lighting ( 1 fluorescent ) isn't on the same ring, the whole building was rewired on a budget by the landlord about 20 years ago.

Your thoughts
