Ok, so I got the call last week to say I will be having my interview for the RAF in the middle of June \
/ I've applied to be an officer and I've been researching what I was told to research over the phone. I.e. History etc. However, I was wondering if anybody has any tips that might be useful for the interview 
Also, can anybody confirm the number of pressups needed in 1 minute. I've found out that its between 35-40 situps and i've also been told its like 13 pressups but this seems way to low
Anybody able to clear this up for me please because obviously the chap on the phone wasn't going to tell me
