RAID 10 + Write Cache

I'm setting up a Small Business Server using RAID 10, I was just wondering if I should turn on the the Cache in the RAID, this Server does not have a battery backing up the cache, but it will have a UPS connected.

Upto now I have always left the cache turned off on RAID unless backed up by a battery.

So is this a good or bad idea ?

Thanks for the confirmation.

I will leave it turned off, there is no BBU for this RAID card its only an entry level one.
