can anybody talk me through or link me to a good Matrix Raid guide.

Also can I raid using XP 32bit

If you mean the Intel Matrix RAID set up, have a look at Post #2.....the "Windows & Other Software" forum is not really the best place for your question, better of in the Motherboards or Hard Drives sections, but no matter...
