Raid5 issues

Bit of a back story:
Monday night watched a youtube video through digital spy and got a blue screen restart. Powered back on but didn't show anything on screen, shut it down left it off for a bit and it would constantly power up for 30seconds then click off and repeat. Left it off for a bit, tried again and it came back on.
When back in windows had an other bluescreen and showed the same issues as above, so while powered off decided after months of not having the sides on I would finally put them back. Accidently knocked a hard-drive power/data cable and didnt realise untill I was back in windows.

But for what ever reason this totally threw off the raid5, totally failed unusable couldn't do anything with it, couldnt add a HD back in, nada. Only option would be to remove memeber drives and re-add them all. Sad times as this meant i lost all my partitions and data and software. Luckily my OS is on a seperate SSD.
So started the software side of rebuilding the raid5 with the intel software initializing it, had to restart a couple of times during the process for other things but eventually turned it off for the night.

Last night came home late and went to turn it on but PC wouldn't boot past the BIOS screen displaying the connected devices, it didn't want to find the fifth device (3rd HD in raid5) turned off checked connections and started experiencing the same issues of nothing on screen or powering up and clicking off.
Got things working tonight and still couldnt get past the BIOS screen, unplugged the raid5 and loaded into windows.

Everything was running smoothly and no issues till Monday night.

Any trouble shooting ideas for the raid5 disks? I'm just wanting to get them back up to use a data recovery software as like a fandam I don't have any backups, or atleast recent ones.
Thanks.
