I remember someone saying that the tech labs one has a better radiator but is anyone able to confirm that? I have asked in the CS section but am still awaiting a reply.

I bet the rads are the same with the only difference being; one comes with fans plus the option of being filled with a choice of liquid colours while the other does not.
