I've been meaning to play this for ages, as it features cats, and cats>all.

However my first impressions are not favourable.

The basic gameplay loop seems to be:

1. Spend 10 mins finding food (chore)
2. Max 5 mins general exploration (fun!)
3. Spend 10 mins finding shelter (chore)
4. Sleep
5. Repeat

I have to say I'm not a fan of games that force you to keep track of eating, sleeping and time. It just seems like busy work, getting in the way of the actual interesting bits, aka interacting with and exploring the world.

What's the challenge in finding things to eat? Finding a place to shelter? Apart from memorising the map, and lots of trial and error where you run out of time to find these things (game over).

I'd rather be exploring 100% of the time, rather than keeping track of when I have to go to sleep.

That said, the general ambiance looks nice, the world looks interesting. And it *does* have cats in it.

Not sure if I'll bother with it... unless someone tells me I'm totally wrong (about anything) and it's awesome? (e: I really wanted it to be awesome :p)
