Raised side panel replacement?

I just installed a Hyper 212 evo CPU cooler which works great, the only problem it's a little too big for my case and the copper cooling tips touch the side panel, it even kind of warps the side panel a little when it's on which worries me.

Is there anywhere I can buy a side panel with raised part for the CPU cooler? Kind of like this but I don't really want to buy a whole new case because of this.

Moy that I know of, probably be cheaper to get a new cooler instead.
