Hi All, total newb here, Im building a ryzen 5 2400g with vega integrated system for gaming with the hope to add in a graphics card further down the line. Can somebody advise me what the fastest RAM I can put in it please? I'm looking to use 16GB and am in the UK.

Also further down the line - will I be able to add in a Nvidia gtx card?

Much apprecite any info, as I said I'm a newby here coming from Mac OS.

Cheers

yes

Fantastic processor for the price but be aware that most AM4 boards, even though they say they support it, need flashing before use as the bios does not support the 2200g off the shelf. You may need a ryzen 3,5 or 7 processor to put in to the board first to flash it and get the bios to support the 2200g.
If your buying from a reputable computer parts retail establishment then it may be possible for them to flash it for you before they post it... Maybe a small fee applied but it does save time.. I had to strip down my Ryzen 5 rig to get this processor working for my dad

or you could go for this
Team Group Dark Pro " Edition" 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-28800C16 3600MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black/
£188 .. so within the same ball parkas the others but faster which is always better

You won't be able to run it at that speed , 3200 version can hit 4000hz on Intel .
Would be a sweet ram kit for plug and play in X470 platform though
