Ram advice for Ryzen 5 3600

Just wondering if these will be able to reach 3600 speed when OC?

Are they b-die also? Or does this really matter?

I'm fairly sure they are not B-Die, likely Hynix, and from my limited experience I couldn't get these sticks past the XMP of 3200.

I have the vengeance they look good but I wouldn’t buy them again.
