RAM and oc'ing potential.

Am I correct in assuming that Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200PT TwinX RAM has more potential to oc or run on tighter timings than either Geil Value RAM or standard Corsair Value RAM? It's on special this week(link )and I was going to get the Geil until I saw the price for the XMS RAM.

Yes it will, it should have lower spd in the first place too
