RAM and Processor from an Inspiron 9400

I had a bit of a problem with an 16 month old Dell laptop and the motherboard gave up the ghost is there a motherboard perferably as small as possible that will take Laptop style RAM and processor that I could build into some kind of media machine??

At the moment I have 2gb of 5300 RAM 200-Pin SODIMM and what I think is a2ghz 4mb/667 CPU with the code LF80537 T7200 7638A132 SL9SF.

Are there any boards that support this cpu and ram??

Looks like you need a socket 479 Intel 945 chipset motherboard. Such as the following:

Looks like it will only take desktop RAM however.

BTW your CPU is an Intel Core 2 Duo T7200. Had one in my old laptop; pretty decent.
