RAM compatibility...

I have a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R board and want to upgrade my RAM to 4gb.

Any1 know if

OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2G8004GK) will be ok?

Yes that fine but you need to download MS fix the patch to keep run over 3GB first before you install 4GB.

You need a 64 bit OS to see all that RAM. Otherwise it will just be wasted.

Thanks all, installed without any problems, threw in a Q6600 as well for good measure. I'm going to upgrade to Vista 64 next Month that's why the upgrade.
