Ram compatibility

I have a quick question for you guys

Will this ram:

Work this this mobo:

I was also looking that this:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-183-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1516

But it says '' specifically for the upcoming Intel® P55 Chipset and subsequent Intel® Core™ i7, i5, and i3 (Socket 1156) processors.''

So i was under the impression the second one will not work? And will the the first one work?

Both sets should work ok, but I would look at the Crucial RAM personally.
