RAM drive recommendation?

Hi

Ive been using the free version of RAMDrive for a year but this only allows up to 1GB and now I need about 2GB, can any recommend a good free alternative that has the following?:

1) load RAM-drive and Image/Files into RAM-drive at system startup
2) can save RAM-drive Image/Files to disk at shutdown
3) allow at least 2GB of memory to be used

Haven't used one in years but I remember trying out AMD Ramdisk, which offered 4gb on the free licence.

There is also an Imdisk Toolkit addon that adds in a useful GUI if you need it.

Fine for me from this site, scanned with my AV OK. Often AVs complain about system utilities.

yeah i downloaded it anyway- was just 1 AV called DrWeb that said infected, it works great thanks very much
