Ram for Asus P7P55D-E

What is the best ram to get on the asus p7p55d-e looking for a good price but for good quality ram. I need this because i am getting back into photoshop and video editing.

8GB enough?

Cheapest but a good make:

Slightly better timings:

Lower latency which in theory allows your RAM to work better by allowing reads and writes tiny fractions of a second sooner than memory with higher latency.

It makes only a very small amount of difference in real usage.
