Ram for FX-53

Just wondering which ram would be better for my set up, I will probally be moving over to PCI-E either DFI or Asus I'm using an FX-53 CPU!

G.Skill 2GB DDR HZ PC4000 (2x1GB) CAS3 Dual Channel Kit (F1-4000USU2-2GBHZ) (MY-008-GS)

G.Skill 2GB DDR ZX PC3200 (2x1GB) CAS2 Dual Channel Kit (F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX) (MY-007-GS)

Since FX cpus are unlocked I'd go for the HZ

dont mean to sound stupid, but be careful here,. do you have the socket 939 version or 940 version? which motherboard do you have?

Dont worry (look at his sig) he doesnt need ECC ram
