Ram for Gigabyte 965p DC3 ?

Hi guys

Need some Ram for my new gigabyte 965p DS3 mobo.....bit of noob on this !...I know I going to need at least 1gb of DDR2 ram but which one ....533 PC4200 / 667 PC5400 / 800 PC6400 ?? What is the difference between alll these - can I assume that that the 800 PC6400 is going to be best ?

If you've got a Core 2 Duo and intend it overclock it, then pc6400 is what you want.
