RAM for Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

hi i may be purchasing this board soon http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-390-GI&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=2261 but i need to purchase ram that is compatible with this board and ivy.
have seen this ram http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-299-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1517 does any know if this compatible with the z77 board? and is this a good choice of ram?

Good choice of board, and that RAM is fine but I'd get this instead as it's low profile so won't get in the way of any coolers, it's also cheaper

We don't know the RAM specs for IB yet - so I'd wait for it to come out to be sure, there might be some RAM on offer then too

hi thanks for the advise maybe i will get low profile then i havnt got the board yet so will wait for ivy release

Yeah best to wait, but I'm 99% sure that RAM will be fine
