RAM for Q6600 help :):)

Just looking for an upgrade to my current RAM. Just using Stock atm (2gig, 6400) on a x32 vista system. The Corsair XMS2 is sold out atm (im going for 4gig) and found two but ive not been on the scene for a while so im a little out of touch. Any advice will be appreciated!!!

My first one is

What is your motherboard?

my mobo is an MSI G33M which only lets me have 6500

If im honest, i dont know what kind of RAM my mobo will take. I have 6500 DDR2 1gb x 2 atm but since ive not been on the scene for a few months, ive kind of lost my way. ANY pointers would be much appreciated

Wow RAM prices have gone up about £15 recently :eek:
